Institute of Leadership in Higher Education

Purpose

Viewpoints is a new podcast series developed by the Institute of Leadership in Higher Education (ILHE). The series invites the UoS community to engage in meaningful discourse on current topics related to higher education.

Each episode will focus on a unique topic ranging from opinions and reflective insights to conversations about emerging trends or controversial debates in higher education. Episodes will be concise, thought-provoking, and designed to stimulate further discussion among the university community.

After each episode is released, the podcast will be posted on Viva Engage, creating an open space for dialogue. Members of the academic community are encouraged to share their thoughts, reflections, and ideas in response to each episode. This interactive engagement will help sustain an active community of practice centered on continuous learning and pedagogical innovation.
