The Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Sharjah organized the "Ramadan Food Parcel" initiative in collaboration with the Student Council, the Medical Colleges, and the College of Health Sciences. The initiative witnessed active participation from deans, faculty members, and students, and involved the distribution of charity parcels to a large number of workers, underprivileged families, and individuals with limited income.

 

This initiative reflects the University of Sharjah’s commitment to upholding the legacy of generosity and benevolence established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan—may he rest in peace—during the holy month of Ramadan. It also coincides with Zayed Humanitarian Day, which is observed annually on the 19th of Ramadan.
