Request for Asset Disposal (3 Days)

Cld has implemented an Online cafm system for maintenance and other requests, including the discarding/removal of faulty equipment. end users must log a request through the central lab portal - maintenance request. subsequently, cld plems prepares a report of defective equipment (rde) for discarding the faulty equipment and removing it from the asset list. if dcld finds the recommendation appropriate, considering the equipment is beyond economic repair, then it approves the discarding of the faulty equipment and removal from the asset list. cld-plems will send notifications (dcld approved rde) to the fixed asset unit for the collection of the faulty equipment from the respective lab for further proceedings.
