Service Requirements
Initial Stage
Begin searching for a suitable training placement that aligns with your major. Students are encouraged to consult their College or Academic Advisor to ensure the selected placement is relevant to their academic program and training requirements.
Searching for placement through:
- CASTO announcements
- CASTO Internship Opportunity Portal
- CASTO Partner List
- IAESTE
- Personal search / networking
First Phase: Before Training:
- Request the College to issue a Letter of Internship Request and forward it to the company where you interested to complete your internship.
- Receive the official acceptance letter from the training site, including the training start and end dates, as well as the site supervisor’s details (name, job title, email, and direct contact number).
- Obtain approval from your Academic Advisor / College.
- Register for the Internship / Training course on Banner.
Second Phase: During the Training:
- Start your training on time (on-site).
On Taskstream Platform
- Upload a copy of your acceptance letter.
- Submit the Weekly Report by the end of each training week.
- Enter the site supervisor’s details correctly in Week 2, as they will be responsible for your final evaluation.
- Prepare and upload your Final Report at the end of the training period.
Important Information!
Students are required to abide by the following:
- Adhere to the official working hours of the training site.
- Follow the policies and procedures of the training site.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the training site’s information.
- Inform the Academic Advisor or Site Supervisor of any issues encountered during the training.
