- Encouraging the field and comparative applied studies in the Arab administration especially those addressing the actual environmental problems.
- Directing studies in order to serve the national needs in a way that help better evolution of the administrative and financial development as well as the overall development.
- Reinforcing and consecrating of the administrative, financial and applied studies and increasing the public and institutional awareness.
