Office Overview:

The Student Records, Documents, and Archiving (SRDA) Office at the University of Sharjah is dedicated to managing and safeguarding student academic records from admission through graduation and beyond. Our office plays a critical role in supporting the academic lifecycle by ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of student records in accordance with university policies and international standards.

The SRDA Office also includes the Document Control and Graduation Certificates(DCGC) Section, which is responsible for securing student and graduate files, archiving official documents, and issuing University ID cards. In addition, the DCGC section uploads graduates' personal information to the Ministry of Education's platform to verify document authenticity and facilitate degree attestation. The office prepares the graduation package, which includes honorary and graduation certificates, academic transcripts, and certificates of excellence for outstanding students. It also manages the graduates’ clearance process and coordinates student withdrawal from all concerned university departments.

As a central administrative unit, the SRDA Office supports students, graduates, academic departments, and external entities by providing reliable, student-centered services and by facilitating official processes and document verifications.
