E-Service

To enhance the quality of services and facilitate academic procedures, the Office of the University Registrar is pleased to provide a range of electronic services that students can view and access at any time through the “E-Services” link available in the student self-service portal.

Service fees, if applicable, are automatically calculated based on the selected service, and students will be notified of any applicable charges before completing the submission process.

Students may also track the status of their requests through the “E-Services Requests Status” link available in the main menu of the self-service portal.

Once the request has been processed, students will receive an automatic notification via their registered university email address.
