Undergraduates
The University of Sharjah (UoS) provides first-class education to students from the UAE, Arab countries, and students from around the globe. We offer a wide range of programs and a distinctive learning style. Our campus is known for its captivating arabesque architecture and state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure for teaching, learning, research and student activities.
The University promotes cooperation and establishes efficient lines of communication with high schools in the UAE and across the Arab Gulf region. UoS believes that high school supervisors and principals constitute the focal point for their students, instructors and administrators and play a constructive and vital role in directing counselors and students toward the many opportunities in higher education.
As a part of this effort, UoS regularly conducts orientation and informational meetings to encourage participation and cooperation in an effort to best serve the educational interests of high school students. The University’s Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs last convened such a meeting entitled: “Principals Day”. This informational session highlighted the academic programs and services that UoS provides to students. These meetings are designed to give high school leadership an overview of the University, its colleges, and courses offered. Delegates are available to supervise tours of the University’s facilities and guests are invited to lunch. UoS strongly encourages high school principals and supervisors to interact with the University by attending these meetings and visiting its website at www.sharjah.ac.ae
