IT Technical Support
Main Responsibility: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Virtual Desktops, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the campus (in person or over the phone).
Service Desk
IT Service Desk is the primary point of contact for monitoring and owning incidents, addressing user requests/questions, and providing a communication channel between other service management functions and the user community.


Technologies on Campus
Learning spaces at the University of Sharjah (UOS) vary between petite, small, medium, large, and extra-large spaces that accommodate between 12 learners to groups larger than 150. UOS utilizes innovative solutions that support collaborative learning activities.
