The Clinical and Surgical Training Center (CSTC) proudly hosted a pioneering orthopedic workshop, led by Dr. Sheikh Mansour bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, introducing a cutting-edge 3D-printed mold technique for wrist fracture repair.

This innovation aims to enhance surgical precision, reduce radiation exposure, and cut treatment costs. Joining Dr. Sheikh Mansour were renowned experts Dr. Peter Theobald (Cardiff University, UK) and Prof. Mahmoud Mahfouz (Sixth of October University, Egypt), who contributed to a rich exchange of knowledge and advanced training. The workshop marks a major milestone in orthopedic education and paves the way for broader applications in complex fracture management.
