About
The Smart Sustainable Cities (S2C) Research Group focuses on developing innovative technologies to support the design and operation of future smart cities. As urban areas continue to grow and face increasing challenges related to sustainability, transportation, healthcare, and infrastructure, the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber technologies, and data analytics becomes essential. The S2C group brings together interdisciplinary researchers to develop intelligent solutions for smart mobility, digital health, sustainable urban infrastructure, and data-driven city services. Through advanced research in computational intelligence, IoT, and secure smart systems, the group aims to improve the efficiency of urban services, enhance the quality of life, and support sustainable urban development aligned with national and global smart city initiatives.
