Overview:
The group seeks to conduct quality research to promote evidence-based practices that link teaching and learning to leadership in educational settings.
The group aims to take a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to examining the interconnections between teaching, learning, development, and leadership practice. It utilises both existing and newly collected data in quantitative and qualitative forms. Through its research activities, the group seeks to achieve several key objectives:
1. creation of new knowledge
2. publication of research in highly ranked SCOPUS-indexed registers
3. The dissemination of findings that can support the development and/or improvement of policy and practice.
- Publication in highly ranked SCOPUS-indexed registers.
- Presentation of study findings in relevant regional and international conferences.
- Expansion and coordination of the research group with technical expertise including community outreach.
- Contribute to the intellectual life of the University of Sharjah through invited scholars contributing to the Group’s work.
