Installation of the New Weather Monitoring Station at University of Sharjah Space & Astronomy Center
As part of the collaboration between the Sharjah Smart Center for Climate Resilience (SSCCR) and the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), a state-of-the-art weather monitoring station has been installed at the University of Sharjah Space and Astronomy Center.
The new station is equipped with advanced sensors, solar-powered components, and real-time data connectivity. It will provide continuous updates on temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, and atmospheric pressure, significantly enhancing our research capabilities in climate monitoring and environmental resilience.
