His Excellency Prof. Hamid M.K. Al Naimiy, Chancellor of the University of Sharjah (UoS), inaugurated the annual Internship and Career Fair, organized by the Career Advising and Student Training Office (CASTO) at UoS. The exhibiton aimed at providing students from various disciplines with an oppertunitiy to explore the job opportunities, and facilitate their entry into the labor market. Attendees included Vice Chancellors, College Deans, faculty members, along with the University’s students and graduates.

This year’s fair featured over 77 participaing government and private entities in the UAE. They introduced students to the services and facilities provided, encouraging them to pursue internships and explore great employment oppertunities, supporting students by all means available to develop their potential for their careers.

Rana Kabbani, Head of CASTO, emhpasized that this annual exhibiton aims at supporting university students and graduates from various disciplines by providing the best job opportunities available. She noted the increasing number of participating entities each year, highlighting the University's commitment to fostering partnerships with organizations eager to offer the best internship and career opportunities.Various institutions, entities and leading local companies participated in the exhibition including Dubai Media Incorporated, Dubai Police, Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, L'Oréal, Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar, Huawei, Emirates Group “Emirates Airlines”, Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, Galadari Brothers Group, Khansaheb Civil Engineering Company, Sharjah National Oil Corporation, Sharjah Cooperative Society, Al Tamimi & Company Advocates & Legal Consultants -Sole Proprietorship, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co.
