The Alumni Association at the University of Sharjah (UoS) organized the College of Dental Medicine alumni gathering under the slogan "Together We Thrive”. The forum aimed to exchange experiences and knowledge among graduates and students, foster dialogue and provide a platform for alumni to discuss their issues, concerns and future aspirations.The gathering was attended by Dr. Salah Taher Al Haj, Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs, Prof. Ahmad Mohammad Hamdan, Dean of the College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Amal Al Ali, Director of Alumni Relations Office, as well as heads of scientific department, faculty and administrative members and college graduates.

The forum commenced with a welcoming address from Dr. Salah Taher Al Haj, Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs, expressing his pleasure in meeting dental medicine alumni. He emphasized the university's commitment to supporting graduates, aligning with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and President of the University of Sharjah, who consistently directs to invite graduates and provide the necessary support and services. The Alumni Office fulfills this mandate by assisting graduates in securing job opportunities, and conducting diverse activities and events that facilitate connections between alumni and the University.

Prof. Ahmad Mohammad Hamdan, Dean of the College of Dental Medicine, warmly welcomed the graduate doctors and expressed gratitude to the university for providing this opportunity for the college graduates to interact with the students and faculty members. He emphasized the college’s pride in its graduates, highlighting the college’s vision, mission, and goals along with its international classifications that reflect the quality of education offered to students.Dr. Amal Al Ali, Director of Alumni Relations Office, delivered an overview of the Alumni Association's strategy and achievements, in addition to the services provided to the association members. During the gathering, graduate doctors delivered informative talks on their journey towards professional achievements and excellence. This was followed by the announcement of the launch of the periodontist’s club, and the honoring speakers and guests.
