Anticoagulant Workshop
The College of Pharmacy at Sharjah University will organize a workshop under the title “Anticoagulant Workshop”.
The main objectives of this workshop are to understand the different mechanism of actions for anticoagulant medications, assess and monitor the treatment of patients receiving anticoagulant therapy and identify situations predisposing patients to adverse anticoagulation related events.
