The University of Sharjah is proud to announce its participation in an impactful event held in recognition of Parkinson’s Awareness Month, bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, and physiotherapists from across the UAE.

Dr. Alham Al-Sharman, Associate Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy, represented the University and contributed to the discussions, highlighting the importance of evidence-based practice, collaborative care, and innovation in neurorehabilitation for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.

The event, organized by the Emirates Physiotherapy Society, provided a platform for sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and exploring best practices in Parkinson’s care.
