It explores how a nurse's underlying attitudes toward aging and potential ageism influence their clinical confidence and the quality of care they provide. Ultimately, these findings will equip nursing educators and clinical leaders to develop targeted training and awareness programs that promote age-inclusive, respectful, and highly competent critical care
