This study investigates the effects of Ramadan on sleep patterns and academic performance among health science students. Considering the unique challenges posed by altered sleeping and eating schedules during Ramadan, this research seeks to determine how these changes impact students' sleep quality, daytime alertness, and cognitive performance. Utilizing surveys and performance assessments, the study will gather data from health science students observing Ramadan, providing insights into the potential need for tailored academic support during this period. The results intend to inform educational strategies to support optimal student performance amidst cultural and religious commitments.
