This qualitative study explores how public awareness influences the early diagnosis, management, and long-term health outcomes of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) among women aged 14 to 22 in the United Arab Emirates. It aims to assess the level of awareness within the community, the challenges young women face in recognizing symptoms, and the impact of health education on their management behaviors. By gathering insights from women and healthcare professionals, the study seeks to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to enhance early detection and improve health outcomes for this demographic.
