This study explores gaming addiction among adolescents in the UAE, focusing on its psychological and social consequences, such as anxiety, reduced academic performance, social withdrawal, sleep disturbances, and family conflict. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study aims to understand adolescents’ experiences and identify effective intervention strategies. Ultimately, these findings will support schools, families, and healthcare professionals in developing culturally appropriate prevention and support programs for at-risk youth
