This study explores the impact of alarm fatigue on ICU nurses in the UAE, focusing on how constant alarms affect their stress levels, alertness, and clinical decision-making. It aims to identify common coping strategies used by nurses and assess how alarm fatigue influences patient safety and care quality. Through surveys and interviews, the research seeks to offer tips for mitigating alarm fatigue, enhancing nurse well-being, and improving clinical outcomes. The findings will guide the development of strategies to optimize alarm management and support nurses in high-stress critical care environments.
