Exploring the effect of environmental support on the quality of work life among emergency nurses in UAE context
This study examines how environmental support influences the quality of work life among emergency nurses in the UAE. It aims to identify specific environmental factors—such as safety, resources, management support, and workload—that affect nurses' job satisfaction, stress levels, and overall well-being. Using surveys and qualitative feedback, the research seeks to highlight areas for improvement in the working environment, ultimately enhancing nurse retention, job performance, and patient care quality. The findings aim to inform healthcare policies and workplace strategies to create a more supportive and sustainable work setting for emergency nurses.
