This study evaluates healthcare professionals’ competencies within multidisciplinary stroke care pathways and explores how these skills influence the quality, continuity, and coordination of stroke management. Using a predictive modeling approach, the study aims to identify key factors that drive effective stroke pathway performance, ultimately supporting targeted training, workforce development, and quality improvement in stroke care.
