As part of the Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) program’s community engagement initiatives, senior students participated in several visits to the Center of Excellence to the Department of Social Services. During these visits, they provided essential health services to elderly individuals, including blood tests measuring glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid levels, as well as blood pressure measurements. This initiative reflects the students’ dedication to applying their clinical skills in real-world settings while promoting community health and well-being.
