The Department of Medical Diagnostic Imaging participated in the Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM) – 2025, with faculty members contributing to key technical sessions. Dr. Mohamed Abuzaid presented “Advancing Radiography Education in Arab Countries: Developing Radiographers,” while Professor Bashar Afif Issa spoke on “Evolving Role of the Radiographer – Are Radiographers Provided with Adequate Education to Engage AI and Research?” Dr. Leena David also delivered a presentation titled “Bridging the Gap: Simulation as the Key to Clinical Skills.”

Students from the Department took part in the scientific poster competition, submitting two research posters. Their exceptional work earned them the ARM 2025 Student Poster Award for Excellence and first place in the competition.
