Problematic Internet Use and Sleep Quality
This study surveyed 409 undergraduate students to examine the relationship between problematic internet use (PIU) and sleep quality. Findings revealed that 55.3% of participants reported poor sleep quality, with higher prevalence among females (58.8%) and excessive internet users (71.8%). Additional risk factors included being overweight, advanced academic year, and skipping breakfast.
