Exploring the Impact of Patient-Reported Outcomes and Safety Perceptions on Quality of Care and Documentation in a Clinic Setting
This project assessed the role of patient-reported outcomes and safety culture in clinical care. While teamwork and training were identified as strengths, communication gaps and limited leadership support emerged as challenges. The study underscores the importance of integrating patient perspectives with safety culture to enhance care quality, staff well-being, and documentation practices.
