This review analyzed global studies (2010–2024) on MDR-TB and RR-TB. The findings highlight the significant worldwide burden, with regional variations in prevalence. The study emphasizes the urgent need for improved surveillance, rapid diagnostic tools, and evidence-based treatment regimens to combat resistant tuberculosis.
