The Department of Environmental Health Science (EHS) has welcomed Ms. Veronika Meca, Erasmus Program coordinator at the Technical University of Ostrava (TUO), Czech Republic as part of the Erasmus Plus International Mobility Program between EHS and TUO. Veronika, TUO MSc student has also joined EHS for a 60-day exchange. The program, established in 2023, was a first for the University of Sharjah and College of Health Sciences promoting academic exchange, training opportunities, research cooperation, and cultural networking to date, EHS has received three faculty exchanges and delivered three faculty exchanges, in addition to 5 MSc EHS students who concluded students’ mobilities. Additional faculty and student mobilities are planned by spring's end.
