Dr. Lucy Semerjian, Associate Professor at Department of Environmental Health Sciences, presented a research talk on “Metal Concentrations and Health Risks Assessment of Spices and Herbs form Global and UAE Markets” at the 19^th Dubai International Food Safety Conference in Nov 2025. Such participation disseminates knowledge and skills, promotes faculty and students networking, and contributes to community outreach.
