The College of Business Administration has organized the semiannual Students Posters Competition for its Undergraduate and Graduate students which aims to recognize students’ research work and efforts. In this semester’s iteration, the organizing committee of the Students Posters Competition, chaired by Prof. Mohamed Aboelmaged, received 41 research projects submitted by 127 students from which the committee selected the top 13 projects representing the work of 39 students. These projects were selected based on the key evaluation criteria including originality, importance, research methodology, clarity, and outcomes.

The winning research papers covered the following insightful topics:
1) Usage of public transport in the UAE, 2) A Study on Applications of Quality & Process Management Practices in Barakat Fresh, 3) Case Study on Noon, 4) Exploring the Influence of Organizational Practices and Values on Green Environmental Behavior in the Health Sector, 5) Enhancing Healthcare Quality: Dubai Health Authority’s Practices and Telehealth Services, 6) Apple’s Quality Excellence in Product Delivery and User Satisfaction, 7) Enhancing Operational Efficiency through Decision Analysis, Forecasting, and Quality Control Methods, 8) Optimizing Healthcare Operations at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), 9) A Healthy Mind, A Thriving Team: Gen Z’s Vision for a Decent Workplace, 10) Understanding the Role of AI-Powered Customer Service in Building Consumer Trust and Loyalty: An Exploratory Case Study in the UAE E-Commerce Sector, 11) Luxury of Life: We Live to Thrive, not just survive, 12) Impact of Skepticism on Employees' Perceptions of Performance Evaluation Accuracy, 13) Examining Organizational Barriers and Facilitators in Adopting Advanced Data Analytics: A Qualitative Study of UAE Financial Institutions
