The Department of Accounting at the College of Business Administration organized two sessions that highlighted the importance of professional certifications in advancing accounting careers. The first session entitled AICPA and CIMA University Awareness Session, was delivered by Mr. Kelvin Kurian from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA) and organized by Dr. Atia Hussain, and the second session entitled Next steps after graduation was delivered by Mr. Laith Younes from Morgan International and organized by Dr. Walaa El-Kelish. Both speakers shared valuable insights on global accounting qualifications and how students can benefit from these certifications to enhance their professional development.
