As part of the activities of the University and Community Service Committee, the Scientific and Student Associations, and the Cultural Activities Unit at the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, a celebration marking the 55th National Day of the United Arab Emirates was held on November 24, 2025. The event celebrated the journey of the Union and commemorated the nation’s achievements and wise leadership in an atmosphere reflecting a strong sense of belonging and pride in national identity

The event also witnessed the official launch of the “Hawina Akhdar” initiative as part of the Behavioral Sustainability Program, a step that reflects the university’s commitment to promoting a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility among members of the university community.
