On 19 January 2026, the Petroleum Geosciences and Remote Sensing (PGRS) program conducted an outreach activity in collaboration with the Academic Guidance and Student Recruitment Marketing Section. The department welcomed high school students from Abu Obaida School (Girls) to campus (W8), where they received an informative briefing about the PGRS program.The session introduced students to the program’s academic offerings, highlighted key study areas, and showcased future educational pathways and career opportunities in geosciences and remote sensing.This initiative aimed to inspire young learners, strengthen school–university engagement, and promote interest in STEM-related disciplines.
