The Department of Applied Biology is pleased to announce the successful completion of an industry-focused guest lecture delivered by Dr. Mohammed Fakeeh from Iktifa Establishment – Maleha Dairy Industry. As part of our initiative to strengthen industry integration within the curriculum, Dr. Fakeeh presented an informative session on “Dairy Fermentation Technology” to students enrolled in Microbial Biotechnology and Processing. The talk introduced modern fermentation practices, industrial processing techniques, and real-world applications of microbial biotechnology in the dairy sector, providing students with valuable practical insight.
