Ammar Al Farsi recently completed a two-month internship at the UAE Embassy in Helsinki, Finland, where he worked under the mentorship of H.E. Amna Fikri, UAE Ambassador to Finland and Estonia. This immersive experience provided him with a practical introduction to diplomatic work and a deeper understanding of international relations.

Throughout his internship, Ammar was actively involved in the embassy’s day-to-day operations and gained firsthand insight into the nuances of foreign policy and international cooperation. The highlight of his experience came during his final week, when the embassy welcomed an official visit from H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Accompanying him were H.E. Reem Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; H.E. Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State; and other senior UAE officials.

Being part of this high-level diplomatic engagement left a lasting impression on Ammar, reinforcing his passion for diplomacy and his aspiration to contribute to the UAE’s role in global affairs.
