The University of Sharjah signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Pharmacy Society during the 2nd Emirates Pharmacy Society Conference, held from September 12 to 13, 2026, at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and professional pharmacy practice and establish a framework for mutually beneficial initiatives. Key areas of collaboration include knowledge exchange, joint professional development activities, and support for the continued growth and advancement of pharmacists across the United Arab Emirates.
