The College of Pharmacy at the University of Sharjah hosted the SANID Training Program – Basic Course of Emergency Response, held from June 1 to 4, 2026, as part of SANID, the National Emergency Response Program. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge, preparedness, and practical skills for responding effectively to emergency situations and supporting community safety. The program provided participants with practical exposure to essential emergency-response principles and emphasized the importance of preparedness, teamwork, and coordinated action during emergencies. Hosting the SANID training reflects the College of Pharmacy’s commitment to community engagement, safety awareness, and developing practical skills that enable participants to contribute effectively during emergency situations.
