Since the nation embarked on its journey to explore outer space, it has become necessary to examine the key legal consequences it may face in the event of damages arising from space exploration activities. Therefore, this research aims to establish a legislative and regulatory framework for the UAE's space sector and to determine its liabilities in accordance with international laws, regulations, treaties, and agreements. The goal is to create a comprehensive legal environment and provide a strategic foundation for all matters related to the space sector.
