As part of the College of Law’s program to enhance students’ employability skills, the Department of Private Law held a seminar titled: “The Authority of the Court of Appeal Between Deciding the Case and Referring it Back to the Court of First Instance in the Event of an Annulled Judgment – A Study in the Analysis and Application of Legal Provisions.” The seminar took place on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM , and was live-streamed via the ‘Teams’ application. The seminar aimed to discuss the theoretical and practical aspects of the Court of Appeal’s jurisdiction and to enhance students’ legal understanding of procedural and substantive law applications.
