Investigation of The Bond Behavior Between Polyethylene ECC and Deformed Steel Rebar Under Various Load Conditions

Engineered Cementitious Composites (ECC) are ductile, fiber-reinforced cementitious materials characterizedby strain-hardening behavior and multiple micro-cracking. ECC typically incorporates polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)fibers, which significantly enhance tensile ductility and crack control. With growing interest in sustainableconstruction materials, supplementary cementitious materials (SCCs) such as incinerated waste glass powder(IWGP) have been investigated for their potential to partially replace cement while maintaining or improvingmechanical and durability performance.
