The project presents the structural analysis and design of a reinforced concrete G+4+Roof residential building located in Dubai. The building is designed for a hot–arid climate using ASCE 7-16 for loads and ACI 318M-19 for reinforced concrete design, in accordance with local Dubai regulations. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with shear walls acting as the main lateral-load resisting system.
