The University of Sharjah (UoS) proudly participated in the inaugural Special Olympics competitions held in Abu Dhabi. UoS was represented by the Mobile Dental Clinic, where Dr. Reem Al-Khateri and Dr. Shadi Al-Khatib volunteered their services. The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished Guests, including:

• Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan
• Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Sultan bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan
• His Excellency Talal Al Hashemi (President of the Special Olympics)
• Her Excellency Hessa Tahlak (Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Development)
• Additionally, delegations from ADNOC, including heads and visiting partners, attended the event.
