The College of Dental Medicine at the University of Sharjah participated in the 4th Knowledge Transfer Forum organized by Emirates Health Services (EHS) through its Training and Development Centre in Sharjah on 10 September 2026. Held under the theme "Minimally Invasive Dentistry", the forum brought together dental professionals to discuss contemporary approaches to preserving tooth structure and advancing patient-centered care.

 

Dr Abu Baker Qutieshat, Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Sharjah, delivered a lecture entitled "Minimal Is Not Measured in Millimetres". His presentation highlighted the importance of clinical judgement, precision, biological awareness, and reducing the patient's long-term treatment burden. Professor Sausan, Acting Dean of the College, attended the forum as a guest of honor.
