In order to build qualified individuals and person to serve the community and society, it is required to create opportunities for local citizens and residents to further their educational careers, so that they contribute to implement development plans. Moreover, the department of Jurisprudence and its Foundation has qualified faculties, library, resources and all needed requirements to establish post-graduate programs and work towards development in the light of mission and vision of the university, and what serves the college of Sharia and Islamic Studies.


Program Objectives
The program aims at achieving the following goals:

  1. To respond to the need of the society and provide qualified graduates scientifically and well-grounded in research methodology in the field of Jurisprudence and its Foundations
  2. To urge spirit of reasoning in accordance to prominent Muslim scholars, so to respond to the contemporary emerging issues
  3. To provide universities, research centers, courts and social institutions with excellent graduates and well qualified specialists those are capable to observe methodology in the field of Jurisprudence and its Foundations
