Teaching Philosophy I believe that each student is a unique individual who needs a caring and stimulating environment to achieve full potential. I believe that positive reinforcement is a powerful tool for motivating students. I strongly think that use of varied instructional methods and materials enhances student’s engagement, learning, and retention of information. I believe that students should be encouraged to become self-directed learners which is the threshold for becoming life-long learners.
