  • 1- Molecular mechanisms of bacterial pathogenesis, antibiotic resistance and antibiotic tolerance in bacterial pathogens. 2- Outer membrane biogenesis in Gram negative bacteria. 3- Discovery and development of novel Antibiotics. 4- Role of the microbiome in the development, health and disease of humans.
