The Medical Diagnostic Imaging Lab is equipped with an x-ray machine and is properly designed to simulate a hospital's Radiology Department. The X-ray lab provides practical experience imaging techniques, allowing students to build technical skills as well as confidence in practicing radiography within a laboratory setting before getting engaged with real patients in clinical sites. It is also equipped with a mobile (portable) x-ray machine similar to the one used in hospitals to develop foundation of skills necessary for patient examination in ICU or other wards. The lab is equipped with all necessary QC tools which are used for quality control of the radiographic equipment, ultrasound bone densitometry, dark room and automatic processor. 

The Picture Archiving and Communicating System (PACS) Lab is equipped with PACS system, 14 pc and film digitizer. It include CT and MRI simulators to provide practical experience on scanning procedures and protocols in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT).
