Students’ engagement is essential to their learning. Thus, I create a safe learning space for students to feel at ease interacting and systematically exploring learning resources with my passionate support. I also set high expectations for my students and assist them in crafting goals, including short and long terms, in helping them stay focused. More importantly, I adopt a constructivist teaching methodology where I engage in a joint learning journey with my students trusting their judgments and asking them questions to learn authentically.
